Access from these jurisdictions is strictly prohibited.

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Strategy descriptions, signals, scores, and historical metrics are informational. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for understanding the risks of leveraged perpetual futures.
EvolvingBot is non-custodial. Your funds remain in your Hyperliquid account at all times. The agent permission you sign authorises the bot to place and cancel orders on your behalf, but does not permit transfers, withdrawals, or any movement of capital outside the trading account. You may revoke the agent permission at any time directly from the Hyperliquid interface.
Trading perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than your initial deposit due to leverage. Past performance does not indicate future results. Algorithmic execution does not eliminate risk and may amplify it during adverse market conditions, exchange outages, or unexpected events. See the full Risk Disclosure for details.
Hyperliquid trading fees apply to every trade and are paid directly to the exchange. EvolvingBot does not charge a per-trade fee at this time. Any future subscription, performance, or service fee will be disclosed clearly before being applied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvolvingBot, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: trading losses, missed opportunities, exchange outages, smart contract risks, network congestion, software bugs, or unauthorised access to your wallet. Your sole remedy is to cease using the service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EvolvingBot from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, including in cases of suspected abuse, regulatory non-compliance, or detected use from a restricted jurisdiction. You may stop using the service at any time by revoking the agent permission and disconnecting your wallet.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the platform interface. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of EvolvingBot's domicile (to be specified upon final entity formation). Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with class-action waiver, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.
